Ingredients

2 1/2 pound Gold Potatoes
2/3 Cup Mayonaise
1/2 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tbs. Celery Seed
1/4 Tsp. Paprika
2 Hard Boiled Egg
1 Diced Celery Stalks
1/4 Cup Sweet Onion
1/2 Tbs. Dil
To Taste Salt and Pepper

Peel and Cut the potatoes into quarters and place them in a stock pot. Fill the Pot With water until it is 1 inch above the potatoes. Set the pot over high heat and bring to a boil.

Once it starts boiling add 1 tablespoon salt and cook the potatoes for 13-15 minutes, until fork tender.

Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, apple cider vinegar, celery seeds,paprika,1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Stir until smooth.

Cover this bowl with Smoking Infuser Dome Lid.

Then smoke this mayonnaise mix with Salt Bae Cold Smoking Gun for 10 minutes.

Then chop the eggs, celery, onions and dill.

Once potatoes are tender. Drain the water and chop the potatoes in 1/2 inch chunks.

Gently mix in all the chopped things into the salad and refrigerate until use. (2 hour recommended)
