This Tender juicy brisket is the perfect fit for beef lovers. You can set it up for a dinner party. It takes around 8+ hours to make but the outcome is worth it.

Directions

1
Done

Trim the brisket and remove the excess fat.

2
Done

Keep brisket on a cutting board.

Mix Ground coffee, kosher salt, dark brown sugar, smoked paprika, Ancho Chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin and grounded black pepper together in a bowl.

3
Done

Add Worcestershire sauce on one side of the brisket and spread coffee rub and cover it evenly.
Repeat the same to the other side of the brisket.

4
Done

Fire coals in fire starter.

Keep the temperature of lone star at 275-300 where the brisket can easily be smoked.

Place the beef in the center and let it sit for 3-4 hours until the color changes. (This might take 5-6 hours)

5
Done

Cover the brisket in Butcher Paper and add it back to the lone star around 275-300 mark.

Use the probe/Thermometer to feel the tenderness of meat then take the beef out when the color is completely changed.

6
Done

Keep it in a cooler for about 45-60 minutes. Then place it on a cutting board.
Slice it and enjoy.
