Description
Deliciously made Pork Chops that is oven made and flavorful. When used with brine these chops will be the best recipe you will ever come across.

BrineTake a large pot boil 1 cup water, add salt and stir in. |

Place pork chops in another shallow dish and add brine on top. The chops should be submerged. |

Heat oven or skillet up to 400 degrees. Take the chops out of brine and pat dry with paper towel. |

Rub it with olive oil and season with salt pepper with the help of a Silicone Brush Set them in oven on skillet. Let them sizzle. Let the bottom side turn golden brown. |

Use tongs to flip the chops. Check after every 2 minutes and use Probe to see the tenderness. |
