3 cup Water (Cold)
3 Tbsp Kosher Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp Black Peppercorns
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Bay Leaf optional

Olive Oil according to taste
Black Pepper according to taste
Salt according to taste

Deliciously made Pork Chops that is oven made and flavorful. When used with brine these chops will be the best recipe you will ever come across.

Directions

Brine

Take a large pot boil 1 cup water, add salt and stir in.
Add 2 cups of water and bring water to room temperature.

Place pork chops in another shallow dish and add brine on top. The chops should be submerged.
Cover it and refrigerate (1- 5 hours).

Heat oven or skillet up to 400 degrees.

Take the chops out of brine and pat dry with paper towel.

Rub it with olive oil and season with salt pepper with the help of a Silicone Brush

Set them in oven on skillet. Let them sizzle. Let the bottom side turn golden brown.

Use tongs to flip the chops.

Check after every 2 minutes and use Probe to see the tenderness.
