BrisketTake the brisket and remove the excess fat. Combine the ingredients for Coffee rub together in a big bowl. Add some Worcestershire sauce on the brisket and rub with coffee rub. |

Marinate overnight. Place brisket on grill and let it smoke (5-6 hours) until the color changes. Use Butcher Paper/foil to cover the brisket and put this back on smoker so that it is perfectly cooked. Use Thermometer to check the tenderness. |

SauceTake a big pot and add butter to the pot. Add finely diced onions to it and let it cook. Add all the ingredients of the sauce into the pot and let it cook until the oil separates. After adding tomato puree add water and let it simmer. |
