Ingredients

14 oz. Shredded Cabbage & Carrots
1-2 Banana Peppers or Hungarian wax peppers, de-seeded and thin sliced
2 large Green Onions (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbs. Honey
1 Tbs. Whole Grainy Mustard
2 Tsp. Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)
1 Tsp. Celery Seed
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt

In a large bowl mix shredded cabbage/carrots, hot pepper(s) and green onion.

Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well blended. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toss thoroughly before serving.
