Mix Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder and Hot Pepper Flakes in a bowl and then gently rub them on Beef ribs

Put Oak and Pecan Wood Chunks in the grill and put the rubbed beef ribs in it

Use Smart Wireless BBQ Thermometer to it and cook to 200 °F internal for 6 hours.

Mop the ribs with olive oil after every hour

Wrap the ribs in an aluminium foil after 4 hours have passed (for the last 2 hours)

Let rest for 30 minutes in the aluminum foil after taking it out
