Description
These coconut chicken drumsticks have been in the trend for a long while and looks like they are gonna stay. Completely astonishing flavor and mindblowing taste.

Take the chicken drumsticks and clean them well. Add them to a pan and season with brown sugar, smoked paprika, sea salt, onion powder, and add the coconut milk into the pan. Add some lime zest, chili peppers. Chop ginger using Stainless Steel Chopper and add to the pan. Let it marinate for a while. |

For the basting sauce ass coriander, red chilies, sea salt, smoked paprika, fresh lime, and some anchovies. Mix it well and make it into a paste. Finally, add some oil. |

Use indirect heating. Add them to the opposite side of the smoker (not over charcoal) and cook these slow. The internal temperature should be 165F Measure it using this Digital thermometer. |

Use a Basting Brush brush to apply the baste on top. Cover the smoker and after every 10-15 minutes, you can add baste and flip the chicken. |
