1/2 cup Scallion

1/2 White Cabbage

1/2 cup Onion

3 tsp White Pepper

2 tsp Onion Powder

2 tbsp White Sugar

3 tbsp Soy sauce

Description
An incredible bacon recipe for all. Try out this delicious and cheesy pork stuffed bell pepper which is covered in bacon. A truly magical taste.

Take the ground beef and add sesame oil, white pepper, salt, onion powder, sugar, and, soy sauce. Mix well. Add fresh eggs. chop the scallion well and add it to the mixture. |

Cook this mixture on a pan and only partially cook it. Remove the meat from the flame and keep it aside. |

Let the meat cool down. Meanwhile, cut cabbage really well and crush it well with bare hands until it becomes soggy. Add some salt to cabbage and drain its water and add to the pork mix. |

Take bell peppers and remove the top. Clean it from inside using a knife, stuff the pork mixture in the bell peppers. Add some cheddar cheese on top and close the bell pepper with it removed top and use bacon strips to cover it well. |

Use indirect grill heating so that the bacon can be nice and tender and remove it. Use a Wireless Thermometer to measure 160 inside the pork for it to cook really well. Serve with Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce |
