Ingredients

1 cup Soy sauce
1 cup & 2 Tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)
1 Tbsp Water

Sweet, spicy, and tangy sauce to add flavor to your bbq meals.

Add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper together in a saucepan and boil.

Use a Steel Chopper to mince the garlic and ginger.

Mix cornstarch and water together and whisk it well. Add the mixture to the saucepan gradually. Keep mixing the mixture until it thickens.
