Add salt to a pan and add water. Use it as brine and dip the pork chops in it. Keep it in brine for 4 hours. |

Take a pan and fry onions, potatoes, carrot, and chopped garlic in olive oil. Take the ground pork and add to these vegetables and mix it well. Let it cook on direct coal. Add white and black pepper and add celery. You can also add some Worchestershire sauce. |

Mix cornstarch in water and add to the beef to give it a thick consistency. Remove the pan from the coals. |
