1 big bowl Ground Pork
2 Pork Chops
4 Celery Stalks
3 Tbsp White Pepper
3 Tbsp Black Pepper
4 Tbsp Salt
1 cup Carrots
1 cup diced Potatoes
1 Egg
as per requirement Cornstarch
1/2 cup Garlic
2 Pastry

A new and unique recipe for pie and pork lovers. Enjoy some pork fun with pastry pie and set your weekend right!

Add salt to a pan and add water. Use it as brine and dip the pork chops in it. Keep it in brine for 4 hours.

Take a pan and fry onions, potatoes, carrot, and chopped garlic in olive oil. Take the ground pork and add to these vegetables and mix it well. Let it cook on direct coal.

Add white and black pepper and add celery. You can also add some Worchestershire sauce.

Mix cornstarch in water and add to the beef to give it a thick consistency. Remove the pan from the coals.
Now, use a Cleaver to cut the chops from the bone. Add some olive oil to those chops and directly grill them on top of the coals. Remove after you get a brown color.

Add pastry pie to a pan and add the ground pork mixture to it. Next, add the pork chops and add some mixture of ground pork on top.
Cover it up with pastry and add to the grill. Add some egg whites on the sides and let it turn brown by heating it indirectly.
