Description
Tandoori Chicken is made by roasting chicken after marinating it in yogurt. This is a yummy and spicy dish that you can serve as starters or a full course meal. Adding onions and lemon on top makes this dish a complete delight.

Take a pan and add oil. Bring it to heat. Cook the coriander, cumin, turmeric, cayenne, and paprika. Mix continuously. Let it cool. |

Take yogurt in a big bowl. Add the cooled spice mixture in yogurt with garlic, ginger, lemon juice and salt. |

Cut the chicken with a sharp knife, to allow the chicken to take all the flavor of the marinade. Add the chicken in the marinade and put it in refrigerator (1 to 6 hours). |

Set up the grill and let it heat for a while. Use a Silicone Cooking Brush to grease the grill with oil. Place the chicken to the grill and wait for color change. When the chicken turns brownish gold then take it out and serve with rice or consume raw. |
