Texas Beef RubAdd the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a whisk. Add the rub in a shaker. |

Take the Brisket and slice excess fat with the help of a good Handcrafted Cleaver |

Add the beef rub to the brisket and let it sit for 15 minutes. |

Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees. Add the brisket to your smoker. Smoke until the color changes to dark brow. (8-9 hours) |

Wrap the brisket in Butcher paper and put it back in smoker. |

Use a Probe to detect the temperature and take the brisket out accordingly. Let the brisket rest for an hour before slicing it. |
