Texas Beef Rub
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Chili Powder
1/4 cup Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)
1/4 cup Salt
2 Tbsp Ground Mustard
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

    Texas Beef Rub

    Add the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a whisk.

    Add the rub in a shaker.

    Take the Brisket and slice excess fat with the help of a good Handcrafted Cleaver

    Add the beef rub to the brisket and let it sit for 15 minutes.

    Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.

    Add the brisket to your smoker. Smoke until the color changes to dark brow. (8-9 hours)

    Wrap the brisket in Butcher paper and put it back in smoker.

    Use a Probe to detect the temperature and take the brisket out accordingly.

    Let the brisket rest for an hour before slicing it.
