2 1/2 pound Gold Potatoes

2/3 Cup Mayonaise

1/2 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish

1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard

1/2 Tbs. Celery Seed

1/4 Tsp. Paprika

2 Hard Boiled Egg

1 Diced Celery Stalks

1/4 Cup Sweet Onion

1/2 Tbs. Dil

Peel and Cut the potatoes into quarters and place them in a stock pot. Fill the Pot With water until it is 1 inch above the potatoes. Set the pot over high heat and bring to a boil. |

Once it starts boiling add 1 tablespoon salt and cook the potatoes for 13-15 minutes, until fork tender. |

Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, apple cider vinegar, celery seeds,paprika,1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Stir until smooth. |

Then smoke this mayonnaise mix with Salt Bae Cold Smoking Gun for 10 minutes. |

Then chop the eggs, celery, onions and dill. |

Once potatoes are tender. Drain the water and chop the potatoes in 1/2 inch chunks. |
