Directions

First, take some kielbasa and cut it into quarter-inch thick slices.
You can take off the outer layer if you want to.

Now, take some bacon and take the thick slices of kielbasa. Wrap the bacon strips around the kielbasa and use a toothpick to secure it into place.

3

Mix Sour cream, cheese, cream cheese, and pork rub (Or use homemade rub from here) in a separate bowl and add it to a piping bag. An alternate way is to add the sauce in a zip lock bag and cut the edge.

Squeeze some sauce on top of the kielbasa and fill it in with the sauce.

Tip: For taste, you can add brown sugar on top of the sauce.

4
Done

Set up your smoker and add the wooden chunks in it to create smoke. Place the shots on the grill for 1-1.5 hours to properly cook the pig shots.
Cover the lid and wait for it to cook.
