I make this dish when my family is craving something nice to eat. We all love this dish.

Grilled new York strip steak with Alfredo pasta is exactly the type of meal I like to make for any special night-in. Its super simple, and takes almost an hour to make.

Plus who can argue with steak and pasta? Its sophisticated, indulgent and oh so scrumptious!

I like serving it with a tossed salad and we are good to go!

Tips

1. Make sure you choose the right cut of beef. You want one that's tender and has plenty of marbling. Porterhouse/t-bone, rib-eye, and filet mignon are also great options. Steaks should be about 1 1/2 inches thick.
2. If the sauce is too thick for you, you can always add some milk or water to make it thinner.
