Delmonico Steak is a simple yet a succulent steak. This recipe is a classic method of preparing a quality Delmonico steak by searing the beef till cooked to desired temperature and then top it with a pat of Herb butter for added flavor.

Delmonico steak is usually served with fried onion rings, and herb butter. I will only be serving with herb butter. You can make this steak with any of the sauce you like. I will be making my style here.

Friends and family come running if they know that this delicious Delmonico steak is being made.

I bought grass-fed beef because it is leaner and more organic. Aged it for at least a month. But you can choose your type of meat whatever you like. I made this for a family of 4, you can multiply or divide the recipe according to your family.
