Description
Burnt ends are a BBQ necessity. In older times, they were collected together and served as a side dish but now due to its popular demand, every BBQ place has it on their main menu. So the hype is surely worth it.

Take a full brisket and place it on your shelf. Remove the fat (white-colored) with a knife. |

Keep the flat aside and focus on the end of the brisket. Trim excess fat. Use a beef rub to season the brisket. |

Add it to your smoker at 225. Spray with beef broth every now and then. |

Add the chopped burnt ends to a pan and add Barbeque sauce. Let it sit in the smoker for 90 minutes and serve. |
