Description
BBQ Veal Ribs are simple yet mouth watering. These are incredibly delicious and so darn appealing.
Tender juicy ribs cooked low and slow on the grill, with an amazing homemade blueberry BBQ sauce-a perfect summer dish.
You don’t have to do much to your veal ribs they shine on their own, just try not to overcook them.
Veal is a nutritious, nutrient-rich meat which is more tender than beef. Which comes from calves typically 22-24 weeks old.
I made these ribs with Blueberry homemade sauce for friends and family. Served them with a side of grilled vegetable & oven baked corn on the cob for a perfect meal.

Veal BBQ Ribs1. Remove the membrane from the back of your rib racks. 2. Drizzle olive oil and rub it all over the rib rack lightly. 3. Sprinkle the Smoker Rib Rub on the ribs and pat it with your hands so it sticks nicely. Keep it aside. 4. Start up your BBQ grill pit with Rapid Fire Chimney Starter on 225 F. 5. Add some smoking wood preferably pecan and set it up for indirect heat . Add your water pan too (I like adding a water pan which gives a beautiful tenderness to the ribs). 6. Place your ribs on the rack and close your BBQ for 2 hours . 7. Spread an aluminum foil on your table and take the ribs from the rack and place it in the middle of it. Glaze the ribs with Homemade Blueberry BBQ Sauce generously on both the sides. Wrap the ribs in foil separately and put it back on the BBQ rack. 8. Cook for further 2 hours. Then take them off the grill and put them on the kitchen top to give them a rest for 30 min. 9. Take off the foil and enjoy your juicy veal ribs(you can use blueberry sauce as dipping sauce too). Enjoy! |

TipIf the ribs are frozen, thaw them to reach the room temperature, and then use it for full flavor. |
