2 Tbs Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)

1 Tbs Garlic Powder

1 Tbs Hot Pepper Flakes

1 bag Oak and Pecan Wood Chunks

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Mix Black Pepper, Salt, Garlic Powder and Hot Pepper Flakes in a bowl and then gently rub them on Beef ribs |

Put Oak and Pecan Wood Chunks in the grill and put the rubbed beef ribs in it |

Use Smart Wireless BBQ Thermometer to it and cook to 200 °F internal for 6 hours. |

Mop the ribs with olive oil after every hour |

Wrap the ribs in an aluminium foil after 4 hours have passed (for the last 2 hours) |

Let rest for 30 minutes in the aluminum foil after taking it out |
