Description
This Tender juicy brisket is the perfect fit for beef lovers. You can set it up for a dinner party. It takes around 8+ hours to make but the outcome is worth it.

Trim the brisket and remove the excess fat. |

Keep brisket on a cutting board. Mix Ground coffee, kosher salt, dark brown sugar, smoked paprika, Ancho Chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin and grounded black pepper together in a bowl. |

Add Worcestershire sauce on one side of the brisket and spread coffee rub and cover it evenly. |

Fire coals in fire starter. Keep the temperature of lone star at 275-300 where the brisket can easily be smoked. Place the beef in the center and let it sit for 3-4 hours until the color changes. (This might take 5-6 hours) |

Cover the brisket in Butcher Paper and add it back to the lone star around 275-300 mark. Use the probe/Thermometer to feel the tenderness of meat then take the beef out when the color is completely changed. |

Keep it in a cooler for about 45-60 minutes. Then place it on a cutting board. |
