Chop all the ingredients and mix well.

Shape into patties and refrigerate while preparing smoker.

Heat smoker to 200-250°f. (I have an offset smoker).

Set patties on foil sheet (sprayed with Pam no stick spray) close to the heat. Flip and rotate every 20 minutes till done.

Top with lettuce, tomato, garlic herb cheddar cheese and salt and pepper (course ground to taste) on a potato roll.
