Ingredients

2 lbs. Ground Beef Lean
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)
1/2 inch per meatball Cheddar Cheese
1 Eggs (Beaten)
Onion Bombs
1 lb. Bacon
5-6 Yellow Onions
BBQ Sauce

Onion bacon bombs are an intelligent way to innovate a new recipe. Onion bombs have seen multiple variations and yet every variation is amazing. The juicy meat flavor and the crispy sweet onion adds a touch of royalty to the recipe.

Line a pan with cookie sheets and set aside. Preheat oven at 425F.

Now combine the meatballs item (except cheese) and mix it well with hands.

Once you are done. Take the onions and cut their top and bottom parts. Now slice the onion in half.
Remove the shell and take one large piece of onion.

Make a meatball of that size and roll the meatball in the onion. Add the cheese in the center of the meatball.
Take bacon and now wrap the bacon on the onion.

Insert a toothpick to secure the bacon-onion bombs.

Put it in the oven and let it bake for 40 minutes.
When they are done use a Sauce Basting brush to spread BBQ sauce and bake for 4-5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and enjoy your cheesy bacon-wrapped onion bombs
