Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef
4 slices Bacon
1 tube Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
2 minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 chopped Onion
4 tbsp Butter
2 chopeped Dill Pickles
Dijon Mustard
Sesame Seeds

Amazingly baked bacon and beef it is a beautiful treat after working for tireless days. These burger bombs are literally the best thing that you will eat and will make it often. The soft-baked with crispy bacon adds a flavorful experience for you.

Preheat oven at 375 degrees and place parchment paper on the baking pan.

Take a large pan and cook the bacon well on low to medium flame until it turns crispy. Remove the crispy bacon strips. Let 2 tbsp of fat remain in the pan.

Add onion and cook well for 5-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook. Then add ground beef, salt, pepper, and cook well. Lastly, drain the fat.

Take the biscuit dough and add the cooked beef, bacon, cheese, mustard, and pickles to it. Flatten the sides of the dough to make it look similar toa dumpling.

Place the dough facing down to the parchment-lined pan. Use a Silicone Brush to coat the top side with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake until the dough turns golden brown.
