Done

Peel out skin from tomatillos, onion and garlic and roast over an open flame until evenly charred. After that hot smoke it for roughly 20-25 minutes. |

Add all smoked items along with salt, lime juice and olive oil to food processor until you get a smooth texture. |

Pour mixture into sauce pan and simmer low for 20 minutes. |

Add salt to taste and allow to cool. |
