1-2 Banana Peppersor Hungarian wax peppers, de-seeded and thin sliced

2 large Green Onions (Chopped)

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tbs. Honey

1 Tbs. Whole Grainy Mustard

2 Tsp. Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)

In a large bowl mix shredded cabbage/carrots, hot pepper(s) and green onion. |

Add remaining ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well blended. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat. |
