1/4 Cup Yellow Mustard

1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard

1/4 Cup "Raw" Honey

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

4 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 Tbs Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Tbs Hot Sriracha Sauce

Mix together vigorously with a whisk until completely blended. |

Add salt and more Sriracha to taste. |

Slowly heat over a stove until it just comes to a simmer, constantly stirring, and scraping the bottom. Do not leave on heat too long. |

Turn off the heat, remove from stove and let it cool down, allowing it to blend the flavors for at least an hour. |

Re-whisk directly prior to using. |
