3 lbs Salmon Chopped Up

3/4 Cup Italian-Seasoned Panko

1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley (Minced)

2 Eggs (Beaten)

2 Green Onions (Chopped)

2 Tbs Old Bay

1 1/2 Black Pepper (Fine Grounded)

1 1/2 Garlic Powder

3 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

3 Tbs Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

2 Tbs Dijon Mustard

2 Tbs Miracle Whip

Chop all the ingredients and mix well. |

Shape into patties and refrigerate while preparing smoker. |

Heat smoker to 200-250°f. (I have an offset smoker). |

Set patties on foil sheet (sprayed with Pam no stick spray) close to the heat. Flip and rotate every 20 minutes till done. |

Top with lettuce, tomato, garlic herb cheddar cheese and salt and pepper (course ground to taste) on a potato roll. |
