Description
Infuse chicken with beer and get a crisp and savory roasted meal. This is a very easy to make recipe that can be served at large gatherings. Perfectly coated with Barbecue sauce it is the best combination for all chicken lovers.

MarinadeTake a large bowl and add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Add Olive oil and combine all the spices. |

Use this marinade and spread all over the whole chicken. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes. |

Take a pressure cooker or Instant pot/ Air fryer. Add the beer at the bottom. Place the Air fryer basket on top and put chicken in it. |

Apply the lid and set the fryer to High fro 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, let the pressure release for 5 minutes. |

When all the pressure is released then open the lid and apply good amount of Barbecue sauce on the chicken. Air crisp at 400 degrees, for 13-15 minutes. |

Alternate Option for InfusionAdd beer to a deep large frying pan and add grill on top. Put the chicken on the grill and cover with Smoking Infuser Dome Lid to infuse the beer into the chicken. |
