1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Whole Chicken
1 cup Neely's BBQ Sauce
11 oz Beer

Infuse chicken with beer and get a crisp and savory roasted meal. This is a very easy to make recipe that can be served at large gatherings. Perfectly coated with Barbecue sauce it is the best combination for all chicken lovers.

Marinade

Take a large bowl and add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt.
Mix it well with a whisk.

Add Olive oil and combine all the spices.

Use this marinade and spread all over the whole chicken. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.

Take a pressure cooker or Instant pot/ Air fryer. Add the beer at the bottom.

Place the Air fryer basket on top and put chicken in it.

Apply the lid and set the fryer to High fro 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, let the pressure release for 5 minutes.

When all the pressure is released then open the lid and apply good amount of Barbecue sauce on the chicken.

Air crisp at 400 degrees, for 13-15 minutes.

Alternate Option for Infusion

Add beer to a deep large frying pan and add grill on top. Put the chicken on the grill and cover with Smoking Infuser Dome Lid to infuse the beer into the chicken.
