12 Jalapeños
1 lb. Cream Cheese
1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheese of your choice
3 lbs. Bulk Spicy Italian Sausage or other sausage of your choosing
1 lb. Bacon thin sliced

Core the japs removing seeds and stuff with a mixture of cream cheese and shredded cheese.

Pat out some sausage or use a rolling pin and parchment to roll flat. Wrap the sausage around the japs and then wrap them in bacon.

225 °F for about 2 hours or until you hit an internal of 160 °F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
