5 BBQ tips to make BBQ easy
BBQ is here in full swing and that calls for fun bbq recipes and bbq tips. Look no further, as I have got you covered.
1- Soak Wood chips
For a more flavorful experience, soak wood chips in water overnight or a few hours before smoking. The moisture is locked in and it combusts better therefore, adding more flavour.
2- Check Temperature rarely
Checking your smoker frequently can kill its purpose. Instead, let the meat cook with slow and steady smoking. Don’t check the smoker too often. Smoking takes a lot of time and it needs to be done right.
3- Defrost the meat
Meat should be defrosted 30 minutes before the cooking. Chilled meat takes longer to cook and is more stubborn. A warm defrosted meat will be cooked easily and retains the taste better.
4- Always Clean Grills afterwards
Use a good brick to clean your grills after you are done with BBQ. BBQ tends to stick on grills destroying and contaminating the grills in the long run, therefore, clean them before and after grilling.
I use this Brick which has helped me a lot in keeping my grills shiny and germ-free.
5- Let it rest
After the meat is off the grill make sure to let it rest before you cut them into pieces. Keep it in a cooler and serve it after 10-15 minutes. The flavor will get the time to absorb all the extra smoke and sauce and makes your food amazing.
