Smart Wireless BBQ Thermometer
Smart Wireless BBQ thermometer is the world’s first invention of Bluetooth BBQ probe. It enables Bluetooth wireless connection between the probe and the smart phone.

2 Built-in Temperature Sensors
Probe has 2 built-in temperature sensors. When you use the oven for barbecue, the thermometer can simultaneously detect the temperature of the food and the internal temperature of the oven.
Both temperatures will be displayed on your smart phone. Temperature measurement range:
- Food: 32° F~185°F
- Oven: 32°F~527°F.
Functions of “Grill probeE” APP
1. RECIPES: It comes with a preset temperatures for 9 types of meat(ground beef, ground poultry, beef, veal, fish etc) and their various doneness levels recommended by USDA.
2. TIMER: You can set the barbecue time according to your experience. When the set time is reached, the app will automatically alarm.
3. TARGET TEMPERATURE: You can also customize the temperature at which the food is cooked, when it reaches this temperature, it will automatically alarm.
How To’s of the Probe:
1. Fast charge for 5 minutes and it can be used for 4 hours.
2. The APP can connect four probes at the same time.
3. The connection distance is 33 ft in normal use and gets limited to 3.3 ft when the probe is inside a metal shielded oven.
4. Keep the probe in the charger before use or the battery is low.
5. The external power supply is connected to the USB. Red Light indicates charging in progress. Each charging requires about 5 minutes.
6. Insert the probe into the food to be grilled.
Types of Alarms
1. Barbecue Alarm
When the grill food reaches the preset temperature, the smart phone alarm will go off to notify you that the food is ready. At that time, take out the food & remove the probe from the oven immediately.
2. Bluetooth Disconnection Alarm
When the Bluetooth connection between the smart phone and the probe is interrupted, an alarm message will pop up to remind you to keep the smart phone closer to the probe within 2 minutes so that it doesn’t affect your grilling process.
How To Wash
The steel part of the probe can be soaked in the water but the ‘ON’ button on the top should not be washed in the water.
Precautions
1. When the probe stays away from the mobile phone or the oven temperature is below 122°F for ten minutes, the probe will automatically turn off. Press ‘ON’ button to restart the bluetooth connection.
2. The communication distance is limited to 3.3 ft when the probe is inside a metal shielded oven.
3. Do not put probe into the barbecue oven without food.
4. Barbecue food should be lower than 185°F. Oven temperature should be lower than 527°F. If exceed this limit, the probe will be permanently damaged. When this happens, the user should quickly remove the probe.
